We refine carefully selected wines from Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir in the Black Forest to create apros Vermouth. Many of our exciting botanicals are not only regionally sourced, they are also organically grown. The full aroma unfolds through clear wine distillates. The result: three naturally honest varieties of apros Vermouth.

Pinot Gris with aromas of cantaloupe, sweet pear and mirabelle. Refined with crisp nuances of bergamot, subtle hints of spignel and fruity notes of chamomile. Golden yellow in color, delicate, refreshing and savory in taste, with typical bitter notes of wormwood. Macerated with local wine distillates.
