We refine carefully selected wines from Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir in the Black Forest to create apros Vermouth. Many of our exciting botanicals are not only regionally sourced, they are also organically grown. The full aroma unfolds through clear wine distillates. The result: three naturally honest varieties of apros Vermouth.

Cuvée of Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir with an ingenious balance between acidity and sweetness. Refined with mild-fruity aromas of pink pepper, the tangy-sweetness of angelica root and rosemary. Typical burgundy-style Rosé in color, combining flavors of bitter orange, a mild spiciness and an herbal character with delicate bitter notes in a long and flowing finish.
