20ml apros Rosé Vermouth
100ml dry sparkling wine
splash sparkling water
ice cubes, pink grapefruit slice

wine glass, optionally stemless

Add apros Rosé Vermouth, sparkling wine, a dash of sparkling water and some ice cubes to a wine glass. Carefully stir once. Garnish with a slice of pink grapefruit.
